So, not quite reconstructing yet.  Guess I forgot about the existing walls that need to be taken out first.  When I arrived on the job there were new piles in a number of the rooms.  But, this is now being done by the contractor's crew.  Still have to move all of the old electrical, heating and a staircase to the roof.  Not to mention a lot of piping to nowhere.
